A quiet place

Your imagination
Let your mind run free as you follow along.

1. Get comfortable
Find a comfortable and quiet spot for you to meditate, visualize, or daydream.
2. Listen to the meditation

REFLECT ON YOUR EXPERIENCE
What do Black women need? What does this Black woman need?
What does this Black woman desire? What’s one concrete step I can take to get what I need and desire?
Draw or collage the basket you imagined and its contents.
